The Liberian Holding Corporation

The LHC, Inc. comes with a unique business proposal that marries conventional concepts [such as real estate property classifications – residential, office, hotel, industrial, healthcare, etc.,] with not so conventional ideas [such as total management control over massive land holdings, thousands of acres containing large deposit of minerals – gold, diamond, iron ore, crude oil, and exotic woods and AG products wrapped in a developing economy with cheap labor]. The objectives are to develop separate but equal corporate identities for a variety of programs each uniquely designed and embedded with features that offer local citizens controlling interest and shared benefits ensuring that the local assets owners’ interests are protected, conflict minimized and economic development enhanced.

The LHC, Inc. is structured to help tackle Liberia’s overall economic development initiatives by focusing on empowering citizens to participate in entrepreneurial functions by establishing small businesses to boost employment, expand Government tax base, and to create infrastructure development. Liberia - richly endowed with fresh water supply, mineral resources including iron ore, gold, diamond, titanium, silver, kerosene, crude oil, and exotic forest products wrapped with a climate conducive for agriculture products – has relied heavily on its mining sector focusing on export of iron ore and rubber prior to the civil war and on timber and rubber since the war. Another potential resource for export has been minerals (gold and diamond) acquired through alluvial mining activities. These activities are generally low level, small-scale individual undertakings geared towards daily sustenance.

The LHC, Inc. has a master program with several interrelated links catapulting economic returns to all participants. This Corporation is the nerve center to controlling every aspects of operation of the corporate structure to ensure seamless functioning of interconnected components to protect the interests of the risk taker, management, employee-shareholders, and government.
